We process the following categories: identification data (name, role, company), contact data (email, phone if provided), engagement data (meeting notes, project information shared with us), and technical data (IP address, browser type, anonymised analytics events).
Contact form submissions are retained for 24 months unless they convert into an active engagement. Newsletter records are retained until consent is withdrawn. Engagement-related records are retained for 6 years after termination, in line with Finnish accounting law. Anonymised analytics is retained for 14 months.
We share personal data only with vetted processors providing email, hosting and analytics services. Where processors are located outside the EEA, transfers are made under Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission and with supplementary measures where required.
