Hourly billing shifts schedule and scope risk to you, leaving us no incentive to work efficiently. A fixed fee gives you predictability and us incentive to get it right the first time. If scope changes mid-pilot, we agree on the add-on separately before starting it.
During the pilot, yes — model calls are included in the fixed fee. In production, API costs go directly to the provider (e.g. OpenAI, Anthropic) with no markup from us. We provide an accurate cost forecast at delivery end: typically €50–€500/mo for a small team, depending on stack and volume.

Prices are shown ex-VAT — for VAT-registered businesses with input tax recovery, VAT is neutral. Finnish customers add 25.5% VAT; EU customers reverse-charge. We send an individual proposal with and without VAT for clarity.
Yes. Standard is 50% at kick-off, 50% at delivery. If you want to split in three or use a different rhythm, talk to us — usually doable. Payment term is 14 days.
