About

AI as the engine of your team's productivity

Trendovex helps Nordic companies become AI-powered organisations — pragmatically, measurably and sustainably.

Our approach

We've seen too many AI projects stall in the pilot or in PowerPoint. We don't start at the tools — we start at your team's processes, where time actually burns and decisions get delayed.

Trendovex delivers strategy, implementation and change management in the same engagement. We keep your data under your control, we tell you when something shouldn't be done, and we measure results honestly.

We operate from Tampere, with clients across the Nordics and Germany. Languages: Finnish, English, Swedish, German.

How we work

Five stages, each producing verifiable progress

Our delivery model is neither an assembly line nor artistic freedom. It is six weeks of clearly structured work where each phase produces a concrete deliverable and a decision point. You can pause the engagement after any phase — but most teams do not, because the value is visible immediately.

Week 1

Discovery and baseline measurement

We sit with your team for 6–10 hours and map processes as they actually happen — not per the SOP document. We measure 3–5 baseline metrics before a single line of code is written: time-per-task, error rate, cycle times. Deliverable: a written discovery report and a concrete proposal for where to focus.

Week 2

Architecture and tech-stack decision

Only now do we choose: classical automation, a RAG-based knowledge assistant, a fine-tuned model, or a combination. The decision is based on week 1 findings, not trend. Deliverable: architecture diagram, model-provider choice, data-flow description, and security assessment.

Weeks 3–4

Implementation, integrations and internal pilot

We build and integrate. This is classical development work, with one addition: 2–4 selected users from your team trial the tool in week 4. Their feedback drives the polish — not assumed use cases. Deliverable: a working application in a test environment, user feedback logs, and an action list.

Week 5

Production rollout and adoption programme

We release to production and launch a structured adoption programme: role-specific training, internal "AI champions" as early advocates, monthly retrospectives that actually drive change. Deliverable: a production system, training materials, runbook, and observation guidance.

Weeks 6+ (aftercare)

Measurement, maintenance and optimisation

We measure at 30, 60 and 90 days against the week-1 baseline. We tune the prompt, improve retrieval, optimise costs. This is an ongoing relationship you can end with one month's notice. Deliverable: monthly results report, tuning log, and quarterly roadmap.

Our values

What we hold to

🎯

Measurable value, not demos

Every engagement defines metrics before code. If we can't measure it, we don't build it.

🔒

Your data stays yours

We design architectures where you keep control. EU region, GDPR and self-hosted options are on the table when needed.

🤝

Adoption is part of delivery

AI fixes nothing if the team doesn't use it. We train, coach and track adoption throughout the engagement.

🧭

We also say no

If AI isn't the right solution, we say so. Our job is to deliver value, not sell projects.

What to expect

Your first 90 days with us

A single pilot's success is measured at three months. Here is the concrete timeline of what happens when you sign today.

Day 0

Kick-off and access provisioning

A 90-minute kick-off where we confirm goals, agree on collaboration channels, and grant you access to our client portal. System access is agreed by role.

Day 14

Discovery report on the table

You receive a 12–18-page discovery report: current state, opportunities, proposed focus, baseline metrics, and a concrete budget estimate. This is a decision point — you can pause here.

Day 35

Working application in users' hands

The pilot group (typically 5–15 users) uses the system in real work. We collect usage analytics and qualitative feedback. Not demo environments — real usage.

Day 60

First numbers against the baseline

30-day check: which metrics have moved and which have not. Concrete actions and tuning tasks for the next month. This is usually where patterns begin to emerge.

Day 90

Pilot report and next-phase decision

Final pilot report with baseline comparison, measured results, learnings, and three options: scale, continue at the same scope, or close out. Most teams choose to scale.

Day 91+

Long-term partnership or a clean exit

If continuing: monthly engagement with a clear pricing model. If closing out: full ownership of code, data and documentation transferred to you, with no lock-in.
